About Me

I am Stephanie Carver, a certified educator with credentials in K-6 Elementary Education, Mid-Level 7-9 English, and K-12 Reading. I earned my Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Bloomsburg University in 2000. Additionally, I hold two Master's degrees from Wilkes University: one in Classroom Technology (2010) and another in Literacy (2021), along with a PA certification as a K-12 Literacy Specialist.  Additionally, I am certified through the Center for Effective Reading Instruction as a Structured Literacy Dyslexia Interventionist.

With over 22 years of teaching experience, I began my career in Newport News, VA, where I taught for four years before relocating to northeastern Pennsylvania. I have predominantly taught English Language Arts to 5th and 6th graders during my tenure here. My newest role has served as a Title I Reading Specialist for grades 3-5.
